About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2-5 years of professional experience and strong recruiting skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact across all facets of human resources.Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
- Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.
- Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.
- Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Compensation:
$55-$65k, plus bonus
